What to wear

FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE - White shirt, athletic shorts, molded rubber cleats. 

HELL WEEK - Spirt Packs (Shirt & Shorts -will be given to you), molded rubber cleats.
FULL PADS PRACTICES - Helmet, Shoulder Pads with Practice Jersey, Practice Pants, Mouth Guard, Molded Rubber Cleats (NO METAL)

Practice expectations

Practice will begin at 6pm. Plan on showing up at least 10 minutes early to be on the field BY 6PM.

Practice is mandatory and per the SCJAAF rulebook, if a player misses a practice during the season, the coach has the discretion to cut the amount of plays from 10 to 5.

This is a competitive league; show up, build your skill, and let’s win championships!
